Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and present accurate condition reports to clients.
- Negotiate prices effectively to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage customer inquiries and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and manage customer relationships efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Valid driving license is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
