Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain strict hygiene standards and cleanliness in patient wards, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility support where required.
- Monitor and manage ward inventory, ensuring that supplies are stocked and available for use.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or medical equipment malfunctions to the nursing station immediately.
- Adhere to all hospital infection control protocols and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient support.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Ward Manager or Nursing Leadership.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'N' or 'O' Level education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a hospital, hospitality, or service-oriented environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a genuine passion for patient care.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including lifting or moving equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night duties.
- Valid Singapore work pass or eligibility to work (if applicable).
