As a Warehouse Accountant, you will maintain accurate financial records for all warehouse activities, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage warehouse accounting system including material receiving, storage, and inventory tracking
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Oversee financial transactions related to warehouse operations
- Prepare and maintain accurate inventory records and reports
- Monitor and analyze inventory turnover and stock levels
- Coordinate with purchasing and production departments to ensure accurate inventory valuation
- Implement and maintain internal controls for warehouse accounting processes
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse accounting or inventory management
- Proficiency in accounting software and inventory management systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of inventory valuation methods and accounting principles
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and supply chain operations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
