Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular and comprehensive checks on inventory records to ensure 100% accuracy against physical stock levels.
- Verify all incoming and outgoing shipment documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and packing lists.
- Update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) in real-time with accurate data regarding stock movements and balances.
- Reconcile discrepancies between system data and actual physical inventory counts immediately upon detection.
- Organize and maintain a systematic filing system for all warehouse documents and operational reports.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse staff and operations teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve workflow processes.
- Perform daily data entry tasks with a high degree of precision and adherence to company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or inventory management is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify errors quickly and accurately.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel for data analysis and entry.
- Basic understanding of logistics processes, supply chain management, and cold chain operations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
