  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for spare parts specific to trucks and heavy equipment

  • Process, track, and document all orders for spare parts using inventory management systems
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile any discrepancies in inventory records
  • Assist in organizing and optimizing warehouse layout for efficient spare parts storage and retrieval
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to warehouse operations and inventory
  • Collaborate with maintenance and procurement departments to forecast spare parts requirements
  • Implement inventory control procedures to prevent losses and optimize stock levels

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse administration or inventory management
  • Knowledge of spare parts for trucks and heavy equipment is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective supplier and department collaboration
