Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock documentation
- Process and track warehouse transactions including receiving, shipping, and returns
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for seamless logistics operations
- Generate and maintain warehouse reports and administrative documents
- Support physical inventory counts and reconciliation processes
- Manage filing systems and digital record-keeping protocols
- Assist in implementing warehouse efficiency improvements
Kualifikasi
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years in warehouse or administrative support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong numerical accuracy and data management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
