Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all warehouse inventory movements.
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipment documentation promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinate with logistics personnel to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
  • Perform regular stock checks and reconcile inventory discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse activity reports for management review.
  • Assist in the implementation of warehouse safety and organizational protocols.
  • Handle general administrative office duties to support the warehouse floor operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma holder in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or administrative support role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • High level of integrity, punctuality, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Ipoh.
