Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily operational tasks
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Generate inventory reports and analyze stock turnover metrics
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align inventory levels with demand
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in logistics preferred
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or inventory management experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles and lean methodologies
- Valid forklift operation certification (preferred)
