Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring correct documentation and timely handling.
- Maintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and perform regular data audits.
- Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to schedule pickups and deliveries efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, housekeeping standards, and operational guidelines.
- Assist in conducting regular stocktakes and inventory reconciliation.
- Provide general administrative support to the warehouse management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse administration or logistics is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment, including standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
