Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure compliance with occupational standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and material handling processes for operational efficiency
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation including reports and compliance records
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely material flow
- Train warehouse staff on proper handling procedures and safety practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse administration or logistics experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and operational best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of supply chain management principles
- Good communication skills for coordinating with internal teams
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
