Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain real-time inventory tracking systems for warehouse stock
- Conduct regular stocktaking and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Process and document all warehouse transactions in company ERP systems
- Perform quality inspections of incoming/outgoing goods and packaging
- Generate comprehensive inventory and distribution reports for management
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize distribution schedules
- Implement inventory control procedures to prevent loss or damage
- Train staff on warehouse management protocols and system usage
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in logistics preferred
- 2+ years experience in warehouse administration or inventory management
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and distribution logistics
- Certification in inventory management or logistics (APICS, etc.) is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Physical capability to conduct warehouse inspections and stocktaking
