- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming finished goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain highly accurate inventory records by utilizing SAP software and Microsoft Excel for daily tracking.
- Prepare finished products for dispatch, ensuring correct labeling, packaging, and documentation for timely shipments.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in comprehensive physical inventory audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Keep the warehouse environment clean, organized, and strictly compliant with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with production, quality control, and logistics departments to ensure smooth material flow.
- Generate daily and weekly inventory reports to assist management in making informed operational decisions.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in supply chain or warehouse management are highly advantageous.
- Proven experience as a warehouse assistant or in a similar logistics role, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using SAP ERP systems and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Physical stamina and the ability to remain active throughout the shift in a warehouse setting.
