Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to digital manifests.
- Maintain high levels of stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments from suppliers.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software effectively.
- Communicate with shift leads regarding any inventory discrepancies or stock outages.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless handovers and on-time dispatches.
- Maintain a high standard of workplace safety and hygiene at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certificate or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail fulfillment is highly preferred.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing or walking for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in using mobile applications or warehouse management systems.
- Comfortable working in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
