Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate daily warehouse operations to ensure maximum efficiency and safety.
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse staff and team leaders regarding performance and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Verify inventory records and reconcile physical stock counts with digital logs accurately.
- Investigate and report any discrepancies or irregularities found during audits to management immediately.
- Collaborate with operations supervisors to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit documentation and generate weekly performance reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse auditing, logistics, or inventory control.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify errors, inefficiencies, and potential risks.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with various levels of staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel functions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
