About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Singapore.
In this essential role, you will support the end-to-end warehouse operations for our Life Sciences and Healthcare clients. You will ensure the accurate handling, storage, and distribution of critical pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and other sensitive materials. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure full compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and customer-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure operational excellence and on-time service delivery.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Distribution Practices (GDP), safety regulations (HSE), and client-specific quality SOPs for Life Sciences products.
- Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of analysis, and dangerous goods declarations (IATA/IMDG).
- Liaise effectively with freight forwarders, carriers, customer service, and internal operations teams to coordinate seamless international and domestic shipments.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic physical inventories, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies to maintain high stock accuracy.
- Monitor and record temperature and humidity levels in controlled storage areas, escalating any deviations immediately according to protocol.
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process transactions, manage inventory levels, and generate operational reports for management review.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S) to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain coordination role.
- Prior experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Cold Chain, or Healthcare logistics is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in a Warehouse Management System (WMS) such as SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, or HighJump is strongly preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and committed to achieving team goals.
