- Coordinate between sales team and warehouse operations to ensure real-time stock availability
- Monitor and communicate order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Optimize delivery scheduling to meet client timelines and warehouse capacity
- Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve stock discrepancies
- Facilitate seamless handover of orders between warehouse and transport teams
- Implement process improvements for warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Generate weekly reports on order fulfillment metrics and delivery performance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in warehouse coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office Suite
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and inventory control methods
