Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing inventory within the cold storage facility.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels match system data at all times.
- Ensure proper storage conditions, including continuous temperature monitoring and strict adherence to food safety regulations.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule shipments and manage inbound/outbound deliveries efficiently.
- Conduct regular stock counts and perform cycle counting to minimize discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by enforcing safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for all warehouse transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 (Associate Degree) education, preferably in Engineering or Logistics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within a cold storage or manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of warehouse administration processes and inventory management systems.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physically fit to handle manual handling tasks within the warehouse environment.
