Join AKR Corporindo as a Warehouse Coordinator and become the backbone of our supply chain operations in Jakarta. This critical role oversees all warehouse activities, ensuring the seamless flow of lubricant products from receiving to final delivery. You'll manage inventory accuracy, optimize storage systems, and enforce safety protocols while coordinating with logistics teams for efficient dispatch. The position requires proactive problem-solving to maintain operational excellence, reduce costs, and meet delivery targets. As a key player in our manufacturing and logistics division, you'll contribute to AKR Corporindo's reputation for reliability and innovation in the Indonesian energy sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise all warehouse operational activities including receiving, storage, issuing, and shipping of lubricant products
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies
- Coordinate with logistics teams for efficient dispatch and delivery scheduling
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain optimal warehouse conditions
- Train and lead warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Conduct regular warehouse audits and prepare operational reports
- Optimize storage layouts and workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align inventory with demand forecasts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management or coordination
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams
- Knowledge of safety protocols and OHS standards
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English for cross-functional communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
