Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and organizing inventory in warehouse/distribution center
- Maintain clean, safe working environment following safety protocols
- Support order preparation and packing processes for timely dispatch
- Operate basic warehouse equipment under supervision (hand trucks, pallet jacks)
- Perform regular stock counts and inventory verification
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads (up to 30kg) and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of inventory management practices preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience considered advantageous
