Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive internal audits of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and logistics processes
- Evaluate compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Identify operational risks, control weaknesses, and opportunities for process improvement
- Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations and implementation timelines
- Monitor corrective action plans and verify sustainable implementation of controls
- Document audit findings using standardized reporting methodologies and digital tools
- Collaborate with warehouse management to develop risk mitigation strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or internal audit roles
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (WMS) and audit software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex operational data
- Certification in internal auditing (CIA) or logistics management preferred
- Excellent communication skills for documenting findings and presenting recommendations
- Knowledge of Indonesian logistics regulations and BPJS compliance requirements
