Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily inventory operations including receiving, storing, and distributing spare parts and equipment
- Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Monitor stock levels and reorder materials to prevent operational delays
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure equipment availability for service operations
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and optimize storage space
- Prepare inventory reports for management review and decision-making
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (vocational degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management
- Proficiency in inventory management software or ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic knowledge of technical spare parts and refrigeration materials
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Physical ability to handle warehouse materials and equipment
