Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the facility.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and streamline workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to guarantee timely deliveries.
- Prepare operational reports and present key performance metrics to upper management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Leader in the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with modern warehouse management software and basic MS Office applications.
- In-depth understanding of inventory control procedures and warehouse safety standards.
- Willingness to work on-site in Ciputat, Banten.
