Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards
- Coordinate with production and purchasing departments to optimize inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies
- Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Manage warehouse resources including equipment, space, and personnel effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the cosmetic or FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Leadership abilities with experience in team management and training
- Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
