Join LTW Technology Indonesia as a Warehouse Leader and spearhead critical logistics operations in our Batam facility. This pivotal role demands Mandarin fluency to coordinate cross-functional teams while ensuring seamless workflow across inbound logistics, inventory management, order fulfillment, and outbound distribution. You'll implement and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational excellence, drive efficiency, and uphold inventory accuracy standards. The ideal candidate will lead by example, fostering a safety-first culture while mentoring warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff to ensure efficient daily operations
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
- Enforce SOP compliance for all warehouse processes
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Implement safety protocols and maintain clean workspace standards
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams for inventory optimization
- Train staff on warehouse systems and procedures
- Generate performance reports and improvement recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) - essential for team coordination
- Minimum 3 years warehouse leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Proven ability to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Certification in logistics/supply chain preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency in inventory reporting tools
