TACO Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Leader to join our team in Medan, Sumatera Utara.
In this key role, you will take charge of our daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless inventory flow and maintaining strict adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and ensuring a safe, efficient, and organized work environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely processing of goods.
- Implement and strictly enforce FIFO inventory management procedures to minimize stock obsolescence.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
- Maintain and optimize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to streamline workflows.
- Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with procurement teams to manage inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve operational KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of FIFO and stock rotation best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus.
