Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize warehouse inventory systems to ensure accurate stock levels
- Coordinate logistics operations including inbound/outbound shipments and transportation scheduling
- Maintain digital and physical records of inventory transactions and warehouse activities
- Implement safety protocols and compliance standards for warehouse operations
- Analyze logistics data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with procurement teams to align inventory needs with production schedules
- Prepare regular performance reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in warehouse administration or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of Indonesian logistics regulations and industry standards
