- Ensure inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution
- Optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Manage warehouse staff through training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Implement and maintain safety, security, and compliance standards
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and transportation departments
- Analyze warehouse metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain inventory management systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse/logistics management
- Proven track record in inventory control and distribution optimization
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in logistics software and inventory analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
