Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Coordinate logistics activities with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and international clients
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems with real-time tracking
- Optimize warehouse layouts for maximum efficiency and space utilization
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory levels and warehouse performance
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
- Experience with international shipping documentation and customs procedures
