Join PT Satu Dental Indonesia as a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor and become the backbone of our supply chain operations. We're seeking a detail-oriented leader to oversee all warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and seamless distribution. In this dynamic role, you'll optimize storage systems, implement safety protocols, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Implement inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent discrepancies
- Coordinate transportation logistics for timely delivery of dental products
- Train and manage warehouse staff to maintain productivity and safety standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and equipment
- Collaborate with procurement team to align stock levels with demand forecasts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervision experience
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of safety protocols and OHS regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis
