Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels match physical counts.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to ensure high performance and safety standards.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to streamline supply chain processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and inventory control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
