Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by enforcing strict safety regulations.
- Optimize inventory control processes to minimize stock discrepancies and reduce losses.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and delivery.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to track KPIs and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Liaise with vendors and international partners using Mandarin to facilitate smooth logistics communication.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
