Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Manage inventory levels and implement stock control procedures for raw materials/spare parts
- Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain clean, organized workspace
- Coordinate with procurement and production departments for material requirements
- Optimize warehouse layout and material handling processes
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years warehouse management experience (raw materials/spare parts preferred)
- Advanced computer literacy with ERP/WMS systems proficiency
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of inventory control methodologies
- Problem-solving skills for operational challenges
