Esfira Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our logistics operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our inventory, from the initial receipt of goods to their final distribution. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability while minimizing waste and excess.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems and software.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline supply chain workflows.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid forklift and safety certification is a plus.
