Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages
- Supervise the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods according to company procedures
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with transportation team to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and standards
- Train and guide warehouse staff on proper handling of materials and equipment
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, with preference for candidates with a degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field
- Previous experience in warehouse management or logistics is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and software
