Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations across multiple Indonesian sites
- Oversee inventory control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse documentation
- Coordinate logistics activities including receiving, storage, and distribution
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational standards and compliance
- Implement and optimize warehouse procedures for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production teams
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse operations or administrative experience
- Proficient in both written and spoken English (mandatory requirement)
- Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently in diverse environments
- Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations
