Indofood is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic team in Surabaya. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies while operating machinery.
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize stock layouts to optimize storage space and retrieval speed.
- Prepare and package goods for shipment according to customer requirements.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate delivery schedules.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent (SMK/STM) in relevant fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor tasks.
- Ability to operate forklifts (forklift license is preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills.
