Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments according to company procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with high accuracy
- Maintain organized storage systems and implement FIFO inventory practices
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain clean workspaces
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless material transfers
- Assist in loading/unloading operations and equipment maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent vocational certification
- 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to lift up to 25kg and work standing for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards
