Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily warehouse compliance audits to ensure adherence to BFAD and BAI standards.
- Oversee the secure receipt, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for all medical inventory and inspections.
- Perform regular facility inspections to identify and mitigate potential health and safety risks.
- Ensure that all pharmaceutical handling processes comply with local health regulations and internal safety policies.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations staff to maintain stock integrity and environmental control monitoring.
- Prepare periodic compliance reports for management and regulatory authorities.
- Provide guidance to warehouse personnel on proper handling, storage, and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Pharmacist in the Philippines.
- Strong working knowledge of BFAD/FDA and BAI regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in warehouse or supply chain pharmacy operations is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform rigorous quality inspections.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage compliance-related challenges.
- Ability to work full-time hours in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team coordination.
- Proficiency in basic office software for reporting and record-keeping.
