Tanggung Jawab
- Pick customer orders from warehouse shelves according to pick lists and system instructions
- Safely pack and prepare items for shipment using appropriate materials
- Verify order accuracy and address any discrepancies immediately
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., scanners, pallet jacks) following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report inventory issues or damaged goods to supervisors
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Commitment to workplace safety standards
- Ability to work in a team environment
