We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Warehouse Spare Parts Supervisor to manage our inventory operations in Klapanunggal, West Java. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end oversight of our spare parts storage, ensuring that stock availability meets the dynamic demands of our production and service operations. You will leverage your expertise in inventory analysis to calculate precise safety stock levels and reorder points, effectively preventing costly stockouts while optimizing storage space.
As a key member of our logistics team, you will ensure that all inventory control procedures are strictly followed. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and accuracy. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching spare parts with high accuracy.
- Analyze inventory data to determine optimal safety stock levels and reorder points based on consumption trends.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits to verify stock accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
- Supervise and train warehouse personnel on proper handling procedures, safety protocols, and inventory management systems.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to forecast material needs and align stock levels with operational schedules.
- Implement and enforce strict warehouse safety standards and housekeeping rules to maintain a compliant environment.
- Utilize ERP or inventory software to generate reports, track stock movements, and manage stock cards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably within the manufacturing, automotive, or industrial spare parts sector.
- Strong understanding of inventory management concepts, specifically safety stock calculation, reorder points, and cycle counting.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software (ERP) and MS Office applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret stock data and make informed decisions.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is preferred.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
