Transsion is expanding its logistics operations and is looking for a reliable Warehouse Specialist - Logistic to join our team in Balaraja, Tangerang. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound and outbound operations, ensuring all goods are received, inspected, and stored according to safety standards and company protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and perform regular stock counts to ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with the transport team to schedule shipments and ensure timely delivery of products to various destinations.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and safe, adhering to all occupational health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation, including packing lists, delivery notes, and inventory reports.
- Assist in the organization of stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure stock freshness.
- Handle the loading and unloading of goods using appropriate equipment, ensuring minimal damage to products.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Willingness to be placed at our facility in Balaraja, Tangerang.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software systems quickly.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or Vocational Certificate in Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and handling procedures for warehouse equipment.
