Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, verify, and unload incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse areas to optimize space.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for timely dispatch.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys) safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Follow all company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) regarding safety and logistics.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects regularly.
- Basic numeracy skills for tracking inventory and shipping documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors quickly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts or weekends if required.
