We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit individual to ensure the efficient management, organization, and monitoring of inventory and warehouse operations at our Davao City branch. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products while maintaining accurate inventory records. Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas following established protocols
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with attention to detail
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and proper waste disposal
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely delivery of products
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training in logistics is a plus
- Previous warehouse or inventory management experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg) and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions precisely
