Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution activities
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular stock audits
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety compliance
- Coordinate with procurement and transportation teams for seamless logistics flow
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements
- Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational costs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics principles
- Proven leadership skills with ability to train and motivate teams

- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., WMS, ERP)
