About the Role
PT Apollo Fruit Indonesia is a leading player in the fresh produce industry, and we are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Tangerang. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our storage facilities, ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently, safely, and accurately to meet the high demands of our distribution network.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of fresh produce.
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and reconciliation using internal systems.
- Maintain high standards of warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety (K3/HSE) compliance.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions to generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and operational reports.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics and procurement departments to ensure smooth inbound and outbound flows.
- Implement and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve warehouse efficiency.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and ensure all warehouse machinery is in good working condition.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas).
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, for reporting and internal communication.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in a high-pressure environment.
- Must be available to join immediately (ASAP).
- Resident of or willing to work in Tangerang, Banten.
