We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to optimize our supply chain in Maros. You'll lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, distribution, and inventory management while maintaining safety standards. This role is critical to supporting our multi-faceted business units and requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Implement inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels
- Coordinate with logistics teams for seamless transportation and delivery scheduling
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and compliance records
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce workplace regulations
- Develop process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience in retail or logistics
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management capabilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse software
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a multi-format business environment
