Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
- Lead, train, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve daily targets and maintain high performance standards.
- Implement and maintain accurate inventory control procedures, conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards within the warehouse.
- Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and material handling processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate effectively with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure seamless material flow and timely deliveries.
- Generate and analyze warehouse performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or a similar leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles, inventory control techniques, and supply chain logistics.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and best practices in warehouse operations.
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
