Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Implement inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels
- Train and manage warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and procedures
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient loading/unloading and delivery scheduling
- Conduct regular warehouse audits and maintain accurate inventory records
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and WMS software
- Knowledge of OHS standards and warehouse safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Relevant certification in supply chain management (preferred)
