Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and implement inventory control procedures
- Oversee order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
- Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Implement and maintain safety standards and protocols to prevent workplace accidents
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to improve operational efficiency
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations
- Coordinate with other departments, such as purchasing, transportation, and customer service
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve performance goals
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and inventory control systems
- Certification in warehouse management or supply chain is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
