Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, and picking processes.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels regularly and conduct stock counts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Ensure all safety regulations and OHS standards are strictly followed to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with transportation units to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage methods to improve workflow efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License (SIM A) is an advantage.
- High school diploma or Vocational High School (SMK) degree in related fields.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
